ABIG Held Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for Nitrogen Plant in Amata City

On 25 May 2018, Mr. Piyabut Charuphen, Managing Director of Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (BIG), Mr.Viboon Kromadit, Director and Chief Marketing Officer of Amata Corporation PCL. and Managing Director of Amata City Co., Ltd. and Mr.Thachapich Sodabunlu, Director of Amata City Industrial Estate served as the chairpersons at the foundation stone laying ceremony for Nitrogen plant of Amata BIG Industrial Gas Co., Ltd. (ABIG) in Amata City Rayong, Industrial Estate.

Mr. Mechai Amornruttanabongkot, General Manager of ABIG and Business Director – Merchant Business of BIG said that “This on-site generated gas facility has nitrogen gas production capacity of 4,000 Nm³ per hour and located in Amata City Rayong, Industrial Estate, Tambol Mapyanporn, Amphur Pluak Daeng, Rayong for serving the nearby customers. The construction will start in June 2018 and scheduled to be completed in February 2019.

Mr. Piyabut added that “Nitrogen is one of the key factors in the production process. This cooperation between BIG and Amata will provide the synergistic solution of the most innovative, reliable, and energy-efficient Industrial gas supply to the customers in Amata City Rayong in order to enhance their competitiveness and sustainable growth.”
